Cancellation Policy

**HAIR MUST BE WASHED AND BLOWN OUT (NOT JUST BLOW DRIED) This prevents pulling and tangling during the braiding process. If I have to blow it out it will be an additional $25 added to remaining balance and due at the end of service. **BRAIDING HAIR IS PROVIDED with all braided styles. 100% Virgin Human hair curls provided with BOHO styles. **DEPOSIT (NON REFUNDABLE): A non refundable deposit is required to book appointments and will go toward the remaining balance. (Amount of deposit ranges from $10-$75 depending on the style chosen) ** LATE: There is a 15 minute grace period for late appointments. You must call or text ahead of time if you are going to be late for your appointment. After 15mins your appointment will be automatically cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit. You will have to reschedule and pay another deposit. **CANCELLATION: Please notify me 24hrs in advance. At that time, you can choose to reschedule without paying additional deposit. Your deposit will transfer over to new rescheduled appointment. If there is an emergency and you must cancel the day of the appointment. You must notify me by text or call and I will allow you to reschedule the appointment and transfer the deposit to the rescheduled appointment. **I DO NOT SERVICE KIDS YOUNGER THAN 5YRS OF AGE **IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR HAIR, please let me know in the chair BEFORE you leave so that i can fix the issue right then. Once you leave there is no redo or refund for unsatisfied work. **I no longer accept CASH APP PAYMENTS. (Only apple pay, cash, credit/debit card, tap pay)
