Booking Policy

1. Introduction
Welcome to Na2ral Beauty LLC. By accessing or using our booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability.
A deposit is required at the time of booking unless otherwise. The remaining balance is due at the end of service.
We accept payments via [Cash, Applepay, Zelle, Afterpay, Credit/debit Cards]

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made [7] days before the scheduled appointment you must speak with someone in order to reschedule booking. At that time your original deposit will be reapplied to the new scheduled booking.
Cancellations made less than [7] days before the booking will lose the deposit and you will have to reschedule booking for another date and pay another deposit for the new booking.
No-shows are non-refundable.
You are allowed to be 15mins late to your appointment with notification prior to your arrival. Anytime after that will result in automatic cancellation of your booking without notice and forfeiture of your deposit.

4. Changes to Bookings

Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Requests for changes must be made at least [7] days in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

Na2ral Beauty LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Alabama/USA, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Alabama/USA.
